ABSTRACT
This communication aims to present a microwave camera, which, as compared to other existing microwave equipment, exhibits unrivaled capabilities in terms of rapidity. The microwave camera allows to rapidly record the field which is scattered by a target submitted to a microwave beam at 2.45 GHz, which corresponds to an allocated ISM frequency. Initially dedicated to biomedical applications, this camera has been recently extended in view of industrial applications. Some examples of multiphase flow are presented which illustrate real-time monitoring capabilities.
