Abstract

With the rapid development of hyper spectral imaging technology, hyper spectral image has been used in process tomography. Accurate analysis of PT need high precision image which should to be calibration by tracing it’s value. The image of PT can be created using hyper spectral instrument and a new program of this method is given which include the establishment of measurement system, acquiring of the data, the data process of creating PT image and the correspond data model. A arithmetic operators of hyper spectral PT image is defined in this process method. The relationship between Bi-directional reflection distribution function(BRDF) and hyper spectral image value is discussed. Thus the value can be calibrated using BRDF which is regarded as the standard value. Furthermore, the hyper spectral PT image can be calibrated by this value traceability using the data model. At last, the uncertainty analysis of this value traceability and calibration is given and a corresponding example illustrate that this process is useful in analysis of PT image because it reduce the probability of error judgment.
