ABSTRACT

With the help of Beijing guodian futong science and technology development co.LTD’s double driving pipes pneumatic system, electrical capacitance tomography is applied to measure the relevant physical parameters of the ash. Developed the 8 and 4 electrode ECT sensor for high pressure and test bench was installed. Experimental studies have been carried out on the measurement of the concentration,velocity and mass flow rate of the solid in a pneumatic conveying pipeline under normal temperature by use of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT). The results prove that Electrical capacitance tomography technology in the industry with a practical feasibility.
