Design And Modelling of 3D Sensor for Electrical Capacitance Tomography

The paper presents design and modelling of 3D sensor calculated using a custom forward problem solver for electrical capacitance tomography. Numerical model was created using ECTsim 3.0 library. The results of potential distribution computation were compared with the results obtained using the COMSOL software. Designed sensor was built and measured using ET3 tomograph.
