Abstract
In this work, we try to apply x-ray process tomography technology to monitor the internal shape changes of rapid rotating objects. However, due to the high rotating speed in the dynamic measurement procedure, it is inevitable that the objects rotate a certain angle during the exposure, which eventually leads to image blurs in the final reconstructed images. It greatly limits applications of x-ray process tomography in the fields of high-precision measurements. In this paper, we purpose a novel reconstruction method to suppress exposure blurs of rapid rotating objects in x-ray process tomography. Experimental results demonstrated its effectiveness.
