Multiphase Flow Parameters Determination from USG Image Reconstruction

This paper presents the problem of 3D reconstruction of multiphase flow, based on ultrasound measurements. Data obtained from measurements allow a 3D model of a flow to be established and flow parameters to be computed for different phases. The properly reconstructed data allow the total volume of different flow components to be calculated and the average flow composition to be estimated. Results obtained from theoretical computations are compared with experimental data.
